In our calendar, you can easily find available places that suit your activities – CATSKI, HELI-SKI or SKITOURING. So do not hesitate to request and book a stay at the freeride base of Mountain Ski. You can make a booking using the order form on our website (www.catski.eu), at our email address (email@example.com), or over the phone. The booking of your stay is valid after the booking has been made – the booking of a free place, the confirmation of the booked place, and the payment of a 25 % deposit of the total amount based on the payment instructions that you receive. A confirmation of the booking (booking agreement) along with the instructions for making the additional payment will then be delivered to your email address. The additional payment of the total amount is payable 60 days before the beginning of your stay. After the payment of the total amount has been credited to the company's account, the contract for your CAT-SKIING stay at the Bakhmaro freeride base will be sent to you. If the deposit or additional amount is not credited to the account of Mountain Ski in the maturity period, the company shall be entitled to withdraw from the booking agreement and cancel this booking. The booking fee – in such a case, the deposit – will not be returned. A booking made less than 60 days prior to your stay requires the payment of the full amount (based on the payment instructions).

If your booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the beginning of your stay at the Bakhmaro freeride base, your deposit will be returned to the account from which the payment was made. An administrative fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from the deposit.
If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before the beginning of your stay, the deposit/booking fee will not be returned to you. If you find someone to replace you, the company will transfer the booking agreement to the person replacing you after the mutual agreement of both parties has been confirmed. However, the company is not liable for the settlement of financial means between the original client and the person replacing him/her.
Mountain Ski bears no responsibility for the cancellation of a booking by the client for medical reasons, and the conditions for returning the deposit are the same. There is insurance for such cases, and it is only up to you whether or not you use such an option at any of the insurance companies.
In the event of bad snow or skiing conditions, Mountain Ski does not return any financial means or provide discounts on services. In the same vein, Mountain Ski does not require any extra payments for above-standard skiing in deep powder snow on completely clear and sunny days :-).
In the case of weather that is extremely unfavourable for skiing, life-threatening conditions, or a technical failure of the snowcat where Mountain Ski LLC will not be able to provide a replacement solution, Mountain Ski LLC will return the 150 EUR / day for CAT-SKIING programs and the 800 EUR / day for HELI-SKIING programmes.
From all our clients, we require that they have insurance for sporting activities in the case of an accident for the entire duration of the stay. We recommend the OEAV or DAV (Alpenverein) insurance, which provides insurance for these kinds of outdoor leisure activities throughout the entire year and also operates in the given area.
We have no experience with other insurance companies for the time being.
Without proper insurance, no participant will be allowed to participate in sporting activities!
At the beginning of the stay, will be presented to each participant a declaration of his/her own responsibility for his/her participation in the given sporting activities, and each participant is aware of the level of risk to his/her person.
